Aqua Home Care was one of the few bright spots during my mother’s health crisis. She couldn’t have done it without them. I strongly
Individuals receiving hospice care may need more than the medical and clinical services provided by their hospice team. Families may also benefit from additional companionship, reassurance, and assistance with everyday routines. Aqua Home Care in Jupiter does not provide hospice services. We help families connect with caregivers who can provide additional non-medical support to individuals already under the care of a hospice provider.
Medical and clinical needs, including pain management, symptom control, medication management, and hospice nursing, remain the responsibility of the individual’s hospice provider. A referred care provider can complement those services with companionship, assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, meal preparation, and help with everyday routines.
Emotional support and companionship can be especially meaningful during this time. Caregivers can offer conversation, a listening ear, and personal attention while helping your loved one maintain familiar routines and feel more at ease.
Our Area Manager will meet with you to understand your loved one’s needs, preferences, and routines and help connect you with a caregiver who may be a good fit. We can help arrange additional support at home or in a facility and remain available to your family for questions about caregiver referrals and scheduling.
Aqua Home Care is here to help your family find the additional assistance and companionship you need during this sensitive time. Contact us to discuss your loved one’s needs and how a referred care provider can support the hospice care already in place.
