The virus that has been making its way through countries around the world has brought large-scale impacts. Individuals, hospitals, households, businesses, care centers, educational facilities and more have felt the weight of COVID-19 as we all try to navigate our way through this pandemic. While we have seen establishments reopen and many returning to daily activities, the concern for public health remains. Reports of a surge in positive COVID-19 cases in Florida have been making headlines in recent news. We don’t know for sure what steps will need to be taken as time moves forward, though preventative practices continue to be advised.
Here at Aqua Home Care, we are proceeding with caution. Our team and the caregivers we refer follow CDC recommended guidelines to help ensure health and wellness. It has always been and continues to be our mission to promote positive in-home care experiences, and safety is at the top of the list. In-home care has benefited individuals who require daily living support by allowing them to receive care right in the comfort of home. We at Aqua Home Care are proud to still be able to continue helping individuals secure the support they need through these uncertain times. For those who are also immunocompromised, being able to receive care in the safety of home is particularly essential. It remains our goal to do all that we can for those seeking care services at home.
There is no way to know for sure just how many and just how much will be further impacted by this virus. For now, we can still take preventative measures such as hand washing, sanitizing/disinfecting, staying at a safe distance while around others, and wearing a face covering in public.
